Welcome to the Jefferson Rural Clinic.

Our Mission:
Jefferson Rural Clinic is a volunteer-operated non-profit providing low-cost medical, dental and health education services to uninsured indigent adults in the Appalachian counties of Jefferson and Grainger, Tennessee.

For those who qualify we provide the following:

  • Medical and Dental care for residents of Jefferson and Grainger Counties
  • Nutritional Counseling
  • Diabetes Counseling
  • Smoking Cessation Information
  • Optometry Appointments by referral

Our services are restricted to those who are uninsured and who otherwise qualify after a rigorous financial screening process.

Would you consider a donation today?
  • We are an IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. IRS Letter
  • Donations from the public account for 100% of the funding of the clinic.
  • We receive no government funding at all.
  • With the exception of one part-time paid position, all functions of the clinic are provided by volunteers.
